We have $7.95 flat rate shipping fee on all orders!
All orders are shipped via standard shipping (FedEx Smart Post/UPS Sure Post).
Most orders arrive in 5-7 business days*
*depending on carrier volume, it may take up to 10 business days to arrive - business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays
Non-Business Days are Saturday, Sunday and the following holidays/dates:

Note: So that everyone has a chance to order the coolest stuff, the items on our website have purchase limits. Pls note that we will be unable to refund shipping for multiple orders placed on limited items.
Return and Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange or return unopened or defective merchandise
with the original receipt or online order confirmation to ANY location within the U.S.
Unopened or defective products may be exchanged for the same or different items of equal value within 90 days of the purchase date and with the original receipt.
We are also happy to refund you in the original form of payment with the original receipt or online order confirmation!
*Gift cards are not returnable

Here's How it Works!

Contact Us Here with your Order #, the items you wish to return, and the return reason (changed mind, defective, wrong item, etc).

We will fill out a return form on your behalf and it will be sent to your email.

Upon receipt, print 2 copies: Place 1 copy in the package you're returning & keep the 2nd copy for your records.

We recommend using USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL as these carriers offer tracking information.

Reply back to our team with your tracking number and we will process the refund* once your return is received!

Thorfit does not reimburse the cost of shipping for online returns or provide return shipment labels.
*Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account. Refunds will be credited to the original debit/credit card used for purchase.
